Spent the entire summer pleading to get my leaking air conditioners fixed and the job was botched each time. Will be seeking legal counsel.

Too noisy. Can hear residents walking with heavy footsteps above. Parking spaces too tight Smell of pot throughout second floor

If you want good neighbors, great location, a roof deck, quality housing, and responsive management, you found it.

We have lived here for almost 5 years. The spot is close and central to everything. The roof is a lovely common spot . I wish there were covered bike spots or a place to store in side. Not too loud but can get noisy (both street traffic and apartments). It's pricey but in market range pricing unfortunately. Our kitties love bird watching in the west end.

Spacious apartment in great location, easy walk to downtown

Living in this apartment building has been a pretty pleasant experience overall. The apartments themselves are nice and cozy, with everything you need for comfortable living. And let me tell you about the maintenance team—they're amazing! Whenever there's an issue, big or small, they're quick to respond and get things fixed up in no time. I also have to give a shoutout to the property management team—they're great too. Always friendly and helpful whenever you have questions or need assistance. While the building doesn't boast amenities like a gym or pool, the covered parking spots are nice, especially during those harsh Maine winters. And despite the lack of outdoor common areas, the convenience of the location makes up for it, with the downtown area, stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, if you're looking for a comfortable place to live with fantastic maintenance and management teams, this apartment building is definitely worth considering. It may not have all the bells and whistles, but it's got everything you need for a cozy and hassle-free living experience.
