The current washer and dryer situation in the basement is not ideal. Not only are those machines incredibly old but also full of bacteria at this point being in that damp humid dark basement. Not to mention Ive on multiple occasions have had to spend money to run the dryer multiple times just to dry one small load of clothing. Having to travel to a laundromat and pay the prices there is an incredible inconvenience.
