I've been here 8 years. Maintenance staff is great! Location is very good.

A lot of noise from traffic, sirens and the homeless people in the alley next to the building, drafty windows, building entrance/exit not ADA compliant, noisy water sprinkler pumps and near constant intrusive maintenance.

I've lived here for about 5 years. There are no amenities in the building except laundry, but the laundry room is gross and outdated and half the machines don't work. The elevator is always breaking, there are needles on the sidewalk or entry way often from the homeless. There's also a history of mail and laundry being stolen from tenants and the property company doesn't really do much about it. Location is alright because it's a quick walk to downtown, but sketchy at night as there are a lot of homeless people in the area. The majority of the tenants in the building are super nice. The maintenance staff is prompt and helpful, but the management company will take over a week to get back to you, if you don't email them more than once. Overall it was and OK place to live in terms of the cost and be able to walk downtown. but I'm very happy to be moving out.

The building rent keeps going up but the quality keeps getting worse. Great example is laundry and cleanliness.

This building is not well maintained compared to their other buildings but you cant beat the location or the price
