This place is amazing. I lived in Portland for 40+ years and the views are wonderful! I’ve never seen Casco Bay or Back Bay from this vantage point.

Location, Location, Location

Great location and pretty good amenities. Often there are decently large security concerns with this building (open to street, unauthorized people can filter in pretty easily) and often it does not feel as if I get what I pay for.
