Pet limit 2 allowed. A pet deposit of $300 is due at move-in. Pet rent is $50/month per pet, 2 pet maximum. Veterinary records are required at move-in and may be requested at renewal. Pet Breed Restrictions: Akita, Bullmastiff, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Fila Brasileiro, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Pit Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf-Hybrids and Exotic Animals. We understand that pets are part of the family. That's why your pets are welcome to join our community at The Residencies at Congressional Village. Pet-screening is a part of the application process for ALL applicants. A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents.  To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a "no pet" profile, or request accommodations for an assistance animal.  This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.  If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider. Pet-screening registration fee is $30.00 annually. A refundable pet fee is due at move-in: $300 for each pet, 2 pets maximum. 80 lbs max. Pet rent is $50/month. The complex itself is ok overall but some problems have gotten much worse over the past 6 months. Water damage in the unit and common areas, dog droppings in hallways and along the buildings sidewalks, broken doors, and fire alarms triggering in the middle of the night are the biggest concern. The staff is friendly and it seems like they try to deal with these issues but the problems persist anyway. Maintence staff is friendly but also inconsistent. Repairs are either dealt with within 24 hours or after several weeks and there’s no explaination for the delays.
