A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents.  To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a "no pet" profile, or request accommodations for an assistance animal.  This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.  If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider. Pet-screening registration fee is $30.00 annually. A refundable pet fee is due at move-in: $300 for each pet, 2 pets maximum. 80 lbs max. Pet rent is $50/month. the staff is so available

It is a pleasure to call the office and almost always get a pleasant live answer, from a person know to us. we have been having trouble with our computer not allowing us to log onto our accounts. Eva, Brandon and Tina were so helpful today in solving the issue, So now we were able to sign the lease renewal, and send and receive messages. Thank you so much.

Building Maintenance,

I moved to this community since July 1 2021. I do like very much my apartment model and the floor is located (four floor ) Mu main concern is the maintenance of the building. There are some areas that need to take immediate action such are the carpets and painting . The carpet in general look very old with a lot of spots deteriorating considersbly the community. Walls in the hall require painting as well. Since I moved here I heard these two projects were in the list of to do things, but up to date nothing different has happened yet .Hope the new owners management team will start doing something as they promesed will do. I understand that all could not happen at the time but at least with the carpet either cleaning or c replacement. Thank you
