Cozy in the DMV

Love the location in close proximity to work, shopping, fun activities. Long time resident, price wise rent is reasonable, only concern is the Pet Policy which states NO Pets allowed, but some people circumvent that with bogus approved certified for Therapy/Comfort dogs: Pitbull! really!, nevertheless I do recommend this apartment complex.

A nice place to live

I’ve been living here at Southview Apts for a few months now and have been enjoying it. It’s very close to Downtown DC and the rent is reasonable for thr area. I would recommend Southview.
