Prime Location

This is the 2nd time that I have rented at this location. The 1st time was from 2021-2022, and I returned earlier this year (2023). I like the location because is mostly non-smoking (some tenants don't comply), clean, and in a prime location to shopping and restaurants. My overall experience with the office staff has been ok, as some are not as responsive as others, but the maintenance team is top tier. The noise levels are average compared to other locations, but mostly quiet. The rates are quite high, but overall in line with the location and amenities. I have and will continue to recommend this apartment with friends and family.

This place has really gone downhill.

I have lived here for 3 years and I have been the only person to live in my apartment. When Kettler was the management company it, it was wonderful. I had no plans of moving. Now that Kettler has taken over, things have gone downhill and I cannot wait to move. It's supposed to be a smoke free property but the elevator, hallways and even the fitness center smell like weed. Music is being blasted outside at the pavilion and in the apartments with no consideration for neighbors. There's even started to be trash in the halls. The property manager is rude and non-responsive and the leasing agents are not so friendly. I CANNOT wait until my lease is up! Clearly the requirements to live here has gone down but they are still charging $$$$.
