Prime Location

This is the 2nd time that I have rented at this location. The 1st time was from 2021-2022, and I returned earlier this year (2023). I like the location because is mostly non-smoking (some tenants don't comply), clean, and in a prime location to shopping and restaurants. My overall experience with the office staff has been ok, as some are not as responsive as others, but the maintenance team is top tier. The noise levels are average compared to other locations, but mostly quiet. The rates are quite high, but overall in line with the location and amenities. I have and will continue to recommend this apartment with friends and family.

We just moved in and it was a easy transition from a single family home to a apartment. It has everything we need and a great location across from the mall and grocery store .
