Been living here almost a year and I havent had any problems yet. the staff are very helpful and my neighbors are friendly. I would recommend.
I have lived here for 23 years. I love everything about this property. The parking is plenty and easy. The maitanence staff have almost all been here the entire time i have been here so we know them like family. Plus they do good work and are very timely. Rachel the apartment manager is beyond amazing. She has also been here longer then i have! The building was built very well and the walls must be veryyy thick because you can't hear your neighboors at all! The lobby and all staff are just very pleasant. The amenities such as the coffee station (always stocked) and the deli downstairs (tastyyyyy) mean you dont have to leave the building if you dont have anyhing else to do… I dont have 1 bad thing to say amd thats over 23 years. I know i was just very lucky when i moved in 23 years ago… never would i have thought i would still be here 23 years later!

I have not been living here long but the staff has been great. They went above and beyond to rectify the concerns I have had with my unit. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. There have been issues with trash but on-site maintenance and tenants should be able to come together to keep this community nice. The location is very convenient everything you need is within 2-3 miles.
So far living here has been good. No complaints.

The property manager is very hard to get along with and very disrespectful to residents
It's located in the perfect place, set aside and out of the way, just a few miles from retail heaven. Although there aren't any features like swimming pool, gym, business center, etc. I wouldn't trade it for anything. My kitchen is beautiful, newly renovated. An in-unit washer and dryer would have made this place heaven sent but the trade off for beautiful scenery, quiet community, maintained grounds, cleanliness (in and outside of building) , makes up for it. The neighbors are respectful, pleasant, and considerate. The actually clean up behind their pets. The area is a great place for someone needing serenity and to reside in a community that's not just advertisement only.
