I’ve really enjoyed living in my apartment community. The property is always well-maintained, and the staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. While I appreciate the responsiveness of the leasing manager and maintenance team, I have to be honest—my move-in experience has been frustrating due to the number of maintenance issues that greeted me on day one. Some of the problems were addressed quickly, like the second bathroom not flushing, the refrigerator leaking water, and a bedroom door that wouldn’t close. However, several issues remain unresolved: The washing machine has rust in the inside leaving stains on clothes The second bathroom has visible rust around the toilet ring. Both bathrooms need touch-up paint. The replacement refrigerator’s ice machine isn’t working. The second bedroom closet door is off the hinge. I understand that no apartment is perfect, and I truly appreciate the staff’s willingness to help. But these are not the types of issues a tenant should have to deal with right after moving in. I hope everything will be resolved soon, and once it is, I look forward to enjoying my new home for the rest of the lease term.
