Good safe living quarters
My experince living here has been great. Staff and maintenance is top notch. The noise is very well controled as are the grounds and bluidings cleaned EVERYDAY!!! . However, i dont get a chance to take advantage of the Amenities because of my work hours and office hours. I do wish they were open to residents a little later.

Best place I have ever lived
Moved in June and gave been nothing but happy since. Beautiful apartment and complex with extremely thoughtful and helpful staff/maintenance. Always excited to come home and also a wonderful, friendly community !

Beautiful building, lacking facilities and infastructure
I have been a resident for a while now and although things started off amazing, as we got to experience more of what it meant to live here we saw how, possibly, little thought was given for some aspects of the property as in the examples below: -The bathroom is built with a bath tub that residents can never fill becaue the hot water tank isnt big enough to support the amount of water needed to fill it. -The pool is a nice amenity but the time it is open really makes the usefulness very limited. -The elevator seems to be broken very often, and even worse with little to no communication from management tonmake us aware of the progress. -The ac units seem to be ill-equipped to manage the summer heat for weeks at a time. -There likely should be more investment in cameras and other tech to safeguard against the auto damage and break ins(to cars) that seem to be plaguing the area. On the good side of things: -residents seem to be very friendly and there is a general effort from the management to facilitate meeting other residents with events catered towards such. -I appreciate the modern tech such as thermostat, washer, dryer etc that can be connexted to wifi to make them more convenient. -The buildings and facilities are generally beautiful and lawns well kept other than the dog feaces which seems to be everywhere for some reason even though there are recepticles with doggy bags.
