I am gaining a great experience residing in Queens Purchase. The overall experience thus far has been amazing. Phenomenal customer service from the start to the end. The turn around time and urgency to assist with any issues within my unit were Phenomenal. I admire all my neighbors in my bulding; very respectable and welcoming. The space of the unit is great. I only wish there were 3 br units so when the time comes. I can remain in the community.

I've been here 3 years now and it's been very relaxing. My building is near the front and I have no issues at all. Maintenance is super responsive which is a plus. Basic but comfortable.

Have been here since 2016. No real complaints. Maintenance comes relatively quick when called. Neighborhood is quiet. Pricing isn't outrageous. Definitely one of the better complexes to live in on the area.
