River Point is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and there is no additional pet rent. A non-refundable $350 one-time fee is also required for your pet. There is a 25 lb weight limit for pets and exotic animals are not allowed. The following breeds and/or mix breeds are prohibited: German Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman, Mastiff, Great Dane, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrids, Saint Bernard, Chow Chow, and Akita.
