No gym, laundry mat hours are bad. Alot of police in the area. The staff where you go to sign the lease or ask questions are lazy and lack knowledge that should be known. Not all but some

The only problem with the playground is the litle kids get run out by the teenagers and they use that as a smoke or make out spot. And they are very loud and sometimes its 12 at night!

its nice place but the traffic that comes to the playground needs to supervised these kids are alittle out of control cursing braking things leaving them on the ground sitting on neighbors chairs and the sometimes be damaging residents cars

I have been with Hendersen webb going on to three years, from apartment to townhouse, its been great. Their response to maintenance request is amazingly fast. The staff, especially a dark skin lady in Greens apartmnet leasing office is awesome and very professional. I definitely will recommend this home .A good value for the money paid.
