needs improvement
Office staff seem to be complacent except Chanteria she is 100% great at her job as far as maintenance Washer machine has been inoperable over a year, maintenance claims fixed however still does not work very disgusted with that and washers are small should be larger for families washers and dryers are tilted due to floor As a new company who took over I would like to see improvements and want to have faith and put value into this company as residents paying absorbent amount rent then utilities we should feel confident only time will tell
