Love the area, great price. Close to shops.

No complaints: Maintenace is great, you can call or drop off request. I've been here since building opened. Housekeeping staff is the best.

I've resided at Evergreen for 5+ years now. Very pleasant atmosphere over all extremely friendly, love the location, shopping, you have White Marsh, Golden Ring, Essex, Eastpoint Mall, bus transportation at the door or within a block walking distance. Aldi across the street from the residence, love the community excursions, holiday events. emergency services are accessible, Franklin Square and/or Bayview within 10 miles, I would recommend living here. One of my suggestion would be to put signs on wall with the apartment number to the right and left of the hallway, this will assist emergency services and/or deliveries with finding the correct apartment number, a few seconds or minutes in the wrong direction could have grave complications for a residence seeking help Overall great place to live.

I always get prompt maintenance service without having to call back. He always leaves my place as clean as when he came. The property manager is always willing to help with forms and recertification. We have great luncheon gatherings. We have free food from Sprouts every Wednesday. Could not ask for any better living arrangements!!!!

Lovely place to live, having a great time with new outings with other residents. Wish for more outings in the future.

Have lived here since it 1st opened. I have wonderful neighbors. Maintenace and housekeeping it top notch. We have had some great mangers. . The place is well kept. a little wear and tear but that's to be expected. appliance s wears out. but as I said be Maintenace is on top of it.
