Since the old staff, I do not know any of the new staff members. The old staff used to call me every few months to check in. The location is still amazing, and so is the apartment itself. A little pricy, but I guess that is just the area!

Pleasant community, priced high

My family have been living here for 18 months. We love the friendliness of the community and quietness. Sometimes the high schoolers can be a bit loud. Living in the townhome has been great with modern with great amenities and quick maintenance fulfillment. The downside is that the rents are priced high along with renewals priced higher with a significant increase.

RECENTLY MOVED-OUT RESIDENT

Summary in 5 categories: 1. Leasing management, 2. Structure/Build, 3. Amenities, 4. Environment, 5. Price 1. Leasing management is a solid 5-stars if it's based only on Malia, who is one of the property agents, an excellent staff that really cares for the tenants and their needs. I can't speak for the rest of the staff, but I can assure you- the upper leadership team has no room for understanding when it comes to complaints or hardship, but will call you in an hour when it involves money. 2. Structure is a ZERO. Thin and hollow walls, you hear EVERY NOISE from left, right, above, and below. We have a 7 mth old baby, and have been woken up from noises coming from the neighbors. Lest not forget the frequent airplanes flying over and the occasional drag racing/burnouts after 10pm. 3. Amenities appear to be well-maintained, except for the playground (loose trash and cigarette or joint/weed buds on the ground from time to time). 4. Environment, you'll spot a couple of dog poop and snack wrappers, but some days, you'll find loose trash inside your apartment lobby. Parking lot is fully occupied (last I parked was 3/14/2022). Fortunately, the office took care of people parking at handicap spots, but you'll still see it once in a while. Despite the non-smoking standard, smoking, expect to find smokers in the grill area or playground at night. In fact, one of the reasons we decided to leave Brompton was because of people smoking weed in the stairwells. Once again, I have nothing against "green" neighbors, but if I'm paying for a community that promises a specific standard, then I expect that standard to be met. Lastly, the price. For all the things mentioned above, I have to be honest with you- invest more time in searching elsewhere. Price is competitive compared to others, but I have 2 friends- one of them lives in Dartmoore Place and the other in Azure Oxford Square. The rent is pretty much the same, but their experience is far more pleasant and stress-free than ours.
