Why Renters Love It Here
High rent and inoperable amenities
Lived here for 2 years and loved it. However, I am losing my luster for this community. The rents are high and unsubstantiated when there are inoperable amenities in public areas. The value does not make sense. inoperable. Also, I have seen more trash and loitering. This is a sign of the change in the leasing office personnel; less of a warm and resourceful team.
Brompton
Since the old staff, I do not know any of the new staff members. The old staff used to call me every few months to check in. The location is still amazing, and so is the apartment itself. A little pricy, but I guess that is just the area!
Brompton House
My daughter and I have lived here for over a year. We enjoyed our apartment that we renewed our lease. The apartment is clean, staff is friendly, and neighborhood very quiet.
Brompton House is INCREDIBLE
Ive only been living here for a few short weeks, but it has been amazing! The staff is top-notch. The amenties are incredible. Truly incredible apartment complex!
Pleasant community, priced high
My family have been living here for 18 months. We love the friendliness of the community and quietness. Sometimes the high schoolers can be a bit loud. Living in the townhome has been great with modern with great amenities and quick maintenance fulfillment. The downside is that the rents are priced high along with renewals priced higher with a significant increase.
