I love it here i dont plan on moving for awhile is quiet it was a friendly kids are friendly we enjoy it
I would not recommend this place for the price
I moved here because it was affordable. My rent used to include my utilities (whick was a huge deciding factorto residing here). Immediately after renewing my lease for an additional $40; I was given a utility bill for $70. Which has subsequently went up an additional $30. What's to stop you from doing this every 6; months? You're not hurting your Section 8'sat all; only the working folks. Thanks!
