Happy at the Met

Really happy at the Metropolitan. We renewed our lease. Very safe area, beautiful building. Maintenance can be a little slow so be patient and remind the office. The pool area is closed most of the year, that is disappointing. The furniture outside is not kept up well. Area needs to be power washed and just maintained over all. Only true down side of living here. Love it outside of that.

Downcenter, not quiet

I have lived here more than 2 months. The location is great, the parking is very convenient as in the down center. The place is bright, the maintenance team is great. However, it is just very loud when the Pavilion has the concert.

Management

Deputy pm is very rude, but concierge is always excellent and nice. I never feel comfortable talking to the deputy pm. Also the new eviction procedure , only a few days of being late is ridicolous
