We moved into Union Mill about a week ago and are already loving it. The high ceilings and industrial architecture is complemented by modern finishes and amenities. The building is so quiet that I forget we live in an apartment building!

I am on my third year living in the apartment and I love the community and the staff that set up community events every now and then. Everytime we've had a maintenance issue, it is always resolved the day or the day after the request was made, and they've always been nice. Love it here! Also facilities are well kept.

I've lived here for 6 years and have absolutely loved it! It is a great central location- close to shops and great restaurants in Hampden and a short drive to downtown.

Building is wonderful--high ceilings and deep windows make the place feel large, well-lit. Staff are friendly, maintenance is responsive. Located near favorite foods, beautiful park, light rail station.

My husband and I have lived at Union Mill for the last 3 years and have really enjoyed our experience. The staff has been extremely warm, friendly, and helpful and has answered any request or question we've had in a timely respectful manner. Seawall even purchased us a wedding gift when we got married this year! Would highly recommend Seawall as a property management company.

It is fitting that Union Mill—one of the great stone mills from which commerce and communities sprung at the end of the nineteenth century—be reborn into a center that attracts individuals and organizations that work to strengthen those communities today. Preserving history. And making our own. Erected in 1866, Union Mill was once the largest producer of cotton duck in the world, and represents a significant era in Baltimore’s industrial history. After decades of reincarnations and neglect, the beautiful Italianate style building has been historically redeveloped under the latest green design and building methods. Transformed into elegant, affordable living and commercial space, this innovative project provides a vibrant, supportive environment where our educators and nonprofits can collaborate and thrive.
Union Mill offers a wonderful variety of apartment options that feature a comforting blend of industrial character and contemporary finishes. A place to call home. Only you know what you want in a living space. At Union Mill, you can choose from a creative mix of floor plans: loft units, open style 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units, and spaces large or small. All appliances (stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave) are standard in every apartment, and all units are prewired for TV/Internet service.
