All AMI apartments have been lease and are no longer available to lease. **AMI Apartments and Discounts**   The Service Center offers a select number of apartments with income qualified discounts of $150/month (discounts already included in pricing). When you apply, these apartments are denoted with “AMI” next to the floor plan name and are located throughout the building. If you are living alone in the apartment and earn equal to or less than $68,480/year gross income, you are eligible for an apartment with the designated AMI discount. If there are two people living in the unit, the combined gross annual income must be equal to or less than $78,240. If you do not qualify for the AMI discount, or there are none available, you will be applying for the market rate apartments.
