New management is really turning things around. Maintenance has been on point, customer service is friendly and available, and the facility is beautiful.

Great location and maintenence. Safety of building and no secuirty causes issues. Mailroom issues. We should have a doorman. Elevators down too often. Love trash service. Love the pool.

Great place to live, only lived here a few months and love the location, don't hear other neighbors. Maintenance is taken care of quickly. Property is kept clean and love the common areas.

I have lived here since March 2023. So far I have had a good experience. The Maintenance crew are amazing and respond to requests in rapid time. My only complaint would be with the trash situation. This week (August 14th) the trash pickup has not occurred and the trash is accumulating around the hallways. Aside from that, everything else is amazing.
