Great location!
Great location! However, there is no business center for printing or for use of computers. Additionally, insulation leaves a lot to be desired as sounds from below the apartment and next door are easily heard. Otherwise, the apartment itself is a good place to live! Quick access to Transportation and walkable distance to Mt Vernon
Exceptional Apartment Community
We've lived here for almost a year and we can't say enough positive things about our experience here at The Mount Royal. The units are well appointed and spacious. The community areas are awesome- a HUGE community room with kitchenette, pool table, a chill seating area, and flat screen, a large gym, and my favorite -a cafe/library space where you can 'grab and go' or sit down and enjoy a freshly ground cup of coffee or Expresso, all compliments of the the complex! And I must end by starting the best part of living here at the Mount Royal for me, has been the staff. The front office management staff, (thank you Dena & Courtney!) who are always professional, very helpful and understanding. And the maintenance staff has been tremendous- prompt, friendly, and always taking extra care when responding to a request (Thanks Santos and Kevin!). So if you are considering a move and looking for a fine community in Baltimore that's located just 1 block south of Penn Station train, and near all the fine school

The Mount Royal Apartments is a great place to call home. Convenient location, well-maintained, and top-of-the line amenities. I love my 2 BR, 2 bath apartment!
