Great place to live!

My wife and I have only been living here for two months but the apartment is quite large and in great condition. The staff at the Gunther are extremely nice and helpful. We have nothing but great things to say about our time at the Gunther so far.

Great place to live

My girlfriend and I have lived here for a year now. It has everything you could possibly need to have an amazing experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, the maintenance staff are very responsive and I have not had a request put in that was not addressed the same day. The Gunther is next to everything you could want. Yoga, gyms, great food, canton square, canton park, etc.

Love Living at The Gunther

I moved in here when I first moved to the Baltimore area and could not have asked for a better apartment. The staff is amazing and always attentive and will get things done very quickly. The area is very safe for Baltimore and the parking situation is very good for living in a city. Couldn't recommend living here any more however, they do not have a pool and the gym is pretty small but it makes the rent cheaper than any of the other complexes in the area.

Review

The Gunther has been amazing so far. We have experienced very little noise from other neighbors, the complex is always clean, and maintenance is always fast and reliable. We have experienced an on going issue with our garage door continuing to break which has lead to our vehicles being trapped in the garage on occasion as well as the garage door being open for days leaving access to the public. With that being said, I appreciate the urgency that management has to resolve the issue when it arises as well as the communication!
