Awesome and convenient place

Staff is ultra-friendly and responsive, the building is always very clean and well maintained. Neighbors are very collegial and inside the building, there is not much noise. Street noise may be an issue.

overall its an nice apartment with mostly nice staff

mostly nice staff, other than one. maintenance are awesome. noise from the street is bothersome but I am getting used of it.

Great value

The Standard Apartments are beautiful and modern with a great view of the city and high ceilings. The appliances are nice and well-kept too. There's a parking deck right next to the building, which is in a great location less than 5 minutes away from the harbor by car and less than 10 on foot. There's a small gym on the first floor and laundry in the basement.

Excellent place for peaceful living in downtown

I have lived here for almost three years. As being an international student my major concern was the safety and ambience of the building in which I will give them more than 5 stars. I must say if it not be necessary I would have never moved out of The Standard. The Staff starting from Mangers to receptionist to technicians and workers everyone is so helpful. Its the most cleanest, modest and best building I have seen in Baltimore downtown.
