The freshly built neighborhood of Baltimore Peninsula is turning into a wonderful community, and it's only just beginning. With beautiful tree lined streets and riverside paths, stunning waterfront views, a marina and only steps away from Sagamore a world-class distillery, Baltimore Peninsula is certainly going to be the next, "it" place to visit in Baltimore but is an even more phenomenal place to live. The current housing offernings of Rye House and 250 mission are gems of apartment communities that truly check every box. Situated with prime views of Baltimore's expansive waterfront, they are beautifully made and are works of art. The builders paid attention to every little detail from art tile kitchen backsplashes that are encircled by massive amounts of cabinet space and spacious living rooms with pleasantly high ceilings to amenities such as a yoga studio, billards room, private dining room that can be rented for events, and a rooftop deck with grills outdoor music and TONS of seating. Even the landscaping is thoughtfully designed to included rainwater catchments with native plants that divert and sequester runoff from entering the Chesapeake Bay. What's more, all of this is within walking distance of Federal Hill and a 2 minute drive to Locust Point and a 5 to 7 minute drive to Downtown, the Inner Harbor or Canton. I cant imagine living in a better place in Baltimore and look forward to living here for many years to come.

I moved in last weekend. Its amazing place ammenities are amazing the view of the water is unreal in a great way the staff is so amazing and friendly. Its very affordable… love it!!!
