Much improved over my last place in downtown. A good size room with acctual parking. Bulding is structuraly sound, only critique is laundry.

Living in this area is quiet and good for bus travel and area close for car travel. People are friendly, helpful if needed. This year I feel service request for the apartment could be better.

Peaceful area situation in overall quiet neighborhood. I love the space of our apartment, the ceiling fans and spacious closets. The price is good for what is offered. Even though i had to call and remind about online maintenance request they got it done the same day. Office personnel are informative and caring of all concerns and questions.

I love Greenlyn Apartments. I have lived here since 2002. Greenlyn Apartments is a quiet place to live. 4 bus's are available to catch. Located behind Sinai Hospital. Greespring and Northern Parkway is 1 minutes away as well as freeway access to I 83 and I 695. Reisterstown shopping center is 5minutes away. Save-A-Lot , Dollar General and Family dollar is also nearby. We are also not far from Walbash Avenue on one end and Falls Rd on the other end. I have had mostly positive experiences here. Oh did I mention Cylburn Arboretum is just accross the street. In my experience here at Greenlyn Apartments the staff is always friendly and welcoming .
