Changes over the past few years are very noticeable. Staffing shortages and changes have decreased the resident experience. The friendly neighbor and sense of community have declined. The relationship with Southern Management and the contractors who serve this community has changed the response when information is exchanged. I realize the world is changing, but the one place I should find peace (spiritually, emotionally) should be the place I lay my head. Not as peaceful as it used to be or should be. Society as a whole is on edge, but I should still feel peace in my residence.

In the past few years this property has fallen by the wayside. I'm not sure if it's staffing, budget or community overall but this is no longer the dream
