Property Description

Take a look around at our various one and two bedroom floor plans. We have over 15 to choose from and one for every living situation. If you have any questions or want to discuss them please feel free to contact us. IMPORTANT NOTE: We are currently 100 % leased and occupied. Our next openings will occur starting in June 2024. We do not yet know which apartments will be open only that some will be. We will have more information regarding available apartments starting in April. A wait-list for each floor plan will open in January 2024, and you can apply to the layout that you are most interested in. Once we have the information on which apartments will become available between June-September, we will offer them to folks in the order that they applied.

Nice Luxury Apartment

This apartment complex is really nice, the building is always clean and is located in a nice area near many places to go for shopping and eating. The staff is also great. My biggest complaints are the slow elevators, sharing the parking garage and elevators with a medical office, and the small combo washer/dryer in unit that takes a long time to wash clothes. Luckily there are laundromats nearby and a dry cleaner in the building.

Wonderful Apartment

Moved in early August this year, and so far I'm very pleased with the apartment. The location is great, especially for JHU students. The staffs are nice and always able to help if needed. My only complaint is for the gym, as it is very small, and the equipments are very limited compared to other residential gyms at other apartments with similar rent.

Have lived here just over a year. The building and apartments are very nice, could be made amazing with some additional amenities and apt upgrades (nicer appliances and bathroom/kitchen finishes).

The ideal Remington location

This is the ideal location in Remington for commuting, amenities, and parking. Located right of 83 and a short walk to Hamden and Charles Village, there is plenty to do outside of Remington Row as well. After having a couple routine fixes needed in my apt, the building was also quick to repair. Its also a quite building
