I feel it’s a great place to live. The office staff as well as the maintenance staff are always attentive. I have wonderful neighbors. Park Place is a great place to reside.

The Park Place community in and of itself is a nice community. When I say community, I mean the grounds & the location within the immediate area. Tenants generally stay to themselves, but meaningful relationships can be seen in every area of the property. We have the potential to be better than what we currently are, but challenges have to be taken more seriously. Some of the challenges that we have faced as a collective community have been happening for years with no end in sight. We have a dumpster & trash problem that is visible from across the 7-mile lane corridor. We have wild animals exploiting the dumpster, such as racoons and vultures. There are individuals who are throwing trash down in the streets where we live and refusing to pick the trash up. The maintenance crew has been doing a very solid job in addressing tenant requests, along with our own personal requests, in a timely fashion & are usually very friendly. This brings me to another point on the evaluation spectrum that is NOT so good. On the next serious note, the noise disturbances that are coming from units with children on the 2nd and 3rd floors have been reported on and noted as being an ongoing problem. When you have children living on the higher units, they have to be trained by their parents not to run in the apartment homes. These disturbances are loud and they diminish the value and quality of the apartment community. In addition to this point, when the disturbances become known, they have to be addressed and resolved urgently so as not to diminish the quality of life of the people being affected, no matter where they live. The amenities that we are receiving at the moment, as residents, have been diminished from what they formerly were. We do not receive what we used to receive, and it is noticed. What is consistent, at present, are the increased rental rates and the expectation(s) that rent will continue to rise without seeing a rise in the value of our homes. #honesty
