Nice Place

It is a nice place to live. The infrastructure is old, however, the staff do their best to fix the gaps. The locations is convenient. I think the price-quality ratio is somewhat above the building conditions, however, it is within a reasonable range. I would recommend the building.

Great staff and a quiet area!

If you want the city living but don’t want all the noise that comes with it, horizon house is the perfect spot! Within walking distance to downtown and the harbor, plenty of restaurants and bars to check out and conveniently close to the train station

Homey Apartments

Great place to live

By far the best apartment I've ever rented from. Of course I think it's overpriced, but everywhere is right now. Minus the price, I've been extremely satisfied with living here. One thing in particular that is different than other places I've lived is there communication, which is very much appreciated!
