The maintenance and front desk staff members are stellar.

Life here has been a roller coaster. When I moved in in 2017 the entire staff was great, the pool was resort-like, and the amenities, in general were wonderful. The fellow tenants were quite nice too. The patio used to be lovely, but is no longer comfortable, as there are no end tables near the seating. One issue I have about recent developments here is the idea of charging individuals, for utilities, which would be pooled, and devided among the residents, leaving a person with less control of thier finances. This would be infuriating, as one would have to pay for others' wastefulness, regardless of whether one was careful with one's own usage or not. Furthermore utilities are figured into the rent, so essentially we would be charged twice. For this reason, I would no longer suggest to friends that they move into an apartment here. Then to claim that this plan would be implemented for "ecological reasons" insults the intelegence of your tenants. Additionally, small pleasantries, such as a coffee station in the lobby, and building parties have disappeared, and the guest suites have no wifi, yet we are charged as if we are receiving premium services in those rooms. Last year (unlike previous years) the pool staff was dreadful, the deck looked shoddy, and we no longer had towel service. Improvements this year would be appreciated. The staff is quick to send notices about bad smells in the halls, but most of the notices we receive have a "scolding" tone to them, which does nothing more than raise one's rancor. Not being able to leave large items at the back entrance (1st floor, through the elevator) is unnecessarily inconvenient. Not having guest parking has also always been a problem. In general though, the beauty of the views from our windows has compensated for many issues, as well as the wonderful maintenance staff, and the presence of Sarah, at the front desk. Having a deli and restaurant in the lobby is a plus too, I'm glad it's back.

It's a good place to leave

I been living her for a while. I do nor have any complaints about the staff, with every question I have they are always willing to help. The parking is little tight but I can feel safe leaving my vehicle in the garage. Sometimes I get home late from work and it make me feel safe having a parking inside of the garage. My complain is about the people that smoke marijuana inside of the building and that smell gets trapped in the aisles and sometimes because of the holes on the walls that smell leaks and is annoying.

Was great but has Worsened

This place was amazing pre-COVID-19 and with the switch-out of manangement and staff it’s just not the same. The best thing is the location and maintenance staff. If you don’t enjoy smelling smoke in the hallways, I wouldn’t recommend here. Smells float through from neighbors.

Year and 6 months. It keeps the rain of my head. Yes, because it keeps the rain off of your head.

The Building Staff Make This A Great Place To Live!

The front office and team members make this a great place to live. Gym is up to date and well maintained. A great location near universities in the area. Convenient to Penn Station. Close to major public entertainment venues. Very secure!
