well I have been here 5 years now. as time goes by Holly Lanes Apartments is and have Upgraded the inside of apartments. Kids can play outside no worries. Quiet Area. Nothings perfect but jeez i must say its darn near there lol for real tho. this complex is for those that is chill and laid back especially if have kids. I have lived all over Baltimore city and By Far Holly Lanes is Top List. FYI I am a Tenant as of 2026 just given my honest thought

the trash needs to be cleaned up parking lot starting to look like a dumping ground for anyone

Amenties are old. Theyre always going up on rent and dont want to fix anything. When you ask for somethinf to be fixed it takes a while and they act like youre getting on their nerves. Maintenance is lazy and the neighborhood isnt safe.
