I lived here for a very short period of time. This company lied about how much it actually costed to live here. Cheap rent, yes. Everything else is expensive. Be weary if you are a student with limited funds. You can never get ahold of management, theyll come and go in your apartment without warning and break things. i.e. breaking my window sill. Beautiful apartment, but not worth it.

Based on my experience, this property has ongoing management, communication, and tenant-relations issues. I received an early lease termination notice dated December 15, 2025, stating that my lease would end in April 2026, despite my fixed-term lease not expiring until September 2026. The notice did not cite any lease provision or legal basis, was not signed, and contained multiple grammatical and punctuation errors. Communication has been consistently poor. I made good-faith efforts to resolve the issue by speaking with the leasing office and emailing leasing management directly, but I received no response or clarification. The leasing office is frequently unattended, corporate management is difficult—if not impossible—to reach, and follow-ups are often ignored. Parking is another major issue. If you do not pay over $200 per month for off-site parking that is not managed by the building and not conveniently located, you are at constant risk of receiving parking tickets. I have personally observed numerous tenants with boots placed on their vehicles due to parking enforcement, which adds additional stress and expense for residents. Additionally, since the government shutdown and resulting financial hardships for many tenants, I have observed a significant increase in eviction notices throughout the building. At one point, more than half of the unit doors had notices posted. Based on what I have seen, there appears to be little effort to work with tenants or provide flexibility during difficult circumstances. Due to these ongoing issues, I am currently seeking assistance through housing authorities regarding my situation. I would strongly advise prospective tenants to document everything carefully and proceed with caution before leasing here.
