Proceed with caution!!

Staff doesn't communicate well. Maintenance takes forever. Be sure to look in depth at the apartment. Be sure your apartment is up to your standards. Because you sign your lease. They aren't helpful at all.

No parking

The walls are thin and you can here your neighbors. You can can also hear water running through the pipes. Theres no parking and no area in front of the building to unload groceries. The staff and community is very friendly.

Pretty good

The building is on a busy street by the hospital, it can get noisy sometimes. Also one of the elevators has been "temporarily out of use" for several months. Overall a pretty good apartment.
