Lack of communication

There was quite a bit of Issues moving in. The main issue was not having appliances For over a week and lack of communication with the previous property manager

NOT WORTH IT!

The level of dysfunction of this property is unbelievable. There is inconsistency in communication, a lack of care for the property, and never-ending issues with maintenance. I've never understood how the property owners could be so disinvested in their property. It shows that they do not care for the tenants as their customer service is non-existent. I have been a long-term renter and there has NEVER been a time I've felt as though there was genuine care for my needs or the upkeep of the property. I was hopeful that things would change over time, but it's clear that they did not care. There are no amenities in the building. The only good thing they have going is the location of the property - and even that isn't the best since there is no parking.

Could be better

My neighbor was a nightmare and I am so sick of the elevators continuing to break on a week to week basis. The appliances could use an upgrade and for the most part everybody in the building stays to themselves which is nice. Staff could be more responsive but I like the location.
