Appalling

I have not had a great experience leaving at Coventry Manor Apartment. The maintenance staff do not know their job, and it's appalling. 1. The kitchen sink continues to bring out smelly, soapy water. This happened a week ago (5/26/22) and today. I have been making this request for months and it still has not been fixed. 2. There are holes underneath the AC in the siting room where air continues to leak out of the apartment each time it is turned on. The AC also makes a lot of noise when it's on. 3. The window blind in the right bedroom is rigid and inflexible. A maintenance personnel that supervised the installation of smoke detector also confirmed it on 5/26/22. I made this request a week ago but nothing has been done about all these.
