I currently live at The Apartments at Charles Plaza, and I’ve had a really good experience here. The location is excellent, the building is well maintained, and the staff has been consistently friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate the convenience of having everything I need nearby, plus the added security and comfort of living in a well-managed community. My apartment in the South Tower has been comfortable and quiet, and I’ve enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the building. It’s a great place for anyone who wants a convenient downtown location with solid amenities and a professional management team.

The property (minus the elevator) is great ... the apartment interiors are overdue for renovation. The walls are paper thin. I shouldn't hear a whole gossip session conversation from my neighbors while I use the bathroom.

The building is very old I’ve had multiple propblems with the heat and a/c failing, plumbing issues, and random power outages. The elevators are inconsistently operational. Well sound proofed and very friendly leasing center staff.

The 24/7 maintenance doesn’t answer. Issues with submitting a work order , the door to enter from garage is jammed, dishwasher door inoperable upon move in. Never got a your due to very overwhelmed staff in the leasing office who also couldn’t find my key …. I was moved from my original apt because they assigned me to something that wasn’t ready (unorganized) no welcome packet and it’s kind of hard to find out how to get things done or where things are. The staff in leasing seem to genuinely take their serious and like it , they try they best but just fall short it seems .
