Few amenities, but great location and beautiful windows

Big beautiful windows, but AC often breaks (once every summer we've been there), and the apartment gets very hot without the functional AC. But the gym is nice, and the in-house washer drier is convenient. Great location too.

Maintenance and Managment are TERRIBLE

The apartments are nice for the price, but the managment is awful. HVAC has been out on and off since July. It is currently January. Maintenance takes forever and managment is unresponsive.

Would not move back

I would never move into another PMC property. The lack of communication, response, timeliness and professionalism makes such a wonderful building to live in the worst. I wish someone would have warned me about how every appliance has problems and the property managers are impossible to get ahold of despite the countless and daily emails and calls.
