very hard to get in touch with property managers. Hard to keep track of them. since they keep changing every month?? also maintenance is very poor. why does something keep breaking down every week.

Consistent heating and ac issues

Most days are good but when its bad its really bad and theres reaponsiveness but no sense of urgency. Stay here if you can go 2 months consistently with ac or heat.

very loud

a lot of the residents are VERY loud and not respectful of their neighbors. staff really do try to keep the building clean but the residents dont seem to respect that

I like living here but my hvac has been on the fritz for a f

I like living here but have been woth out a gully functioning air and heating system for 6 mos. While a heater was provided by the apartment by system is still not functioning for air, fan and heat. Ive left messages and maintenace requests.
