overall good

overall good building- parking is very difficult and is used heavily by peabody students who dont live in the building. very minimal free parking spaces. building is not kept very clean which is partially due to residents not respecting common areas. property manager is very nice and responds quickly to emails/concerns.

Good Building

I really enjoy the location of this building as it is close to work and good restaurants. The overall cleanliness of the building could definitely use some work, but I understand that is in part due to the other residents not picking up after themselves or their pets. Parking is very limited, it would be great if we could park behind the building without getting ticketed.

Could be better

The HVAC System isn't the best. The heat and air often don't work. The trash room isn't the best ideal. Management keeps changing. Communication isn't the best.

521 Review

Our experience has been okay. The apartment has nice floors and the kitchen is kind of updated. The carpet in the rooms are very outdated. The gym equipment has been updated, finally, which makes the gym a little more nicer. I have noticed that the common areas are a little more cleaner. Our appliances our not working and we have been promised new ones although they are taking a long time to come in. We are spending so much time washing every dish and not being able to complete laundry because of it. It is starting to not be worth the amount we pay for "luxury" apartment. We are trying to be patient and understanding, but after a while, you want what you pay for.
