The floors need vacuuming, there has been no cleaning crew to come through at all. Please send one atleast once a month.

The entire complex at 405 West Redwood is meticulously maintained! The apartments are updated with new appliances and features including stackable washers and dryers. 405 West Redwood is very quiet and perfect for hard-working students and professionals. The entire staff from the custodian and maintenance personnel to the leasing agent and the property manager are always professional, helpful, and readily available. The complex is very safe with fob access at the front door and elevators. Living here was the best decision as I wanted an immaculate, peaceful, and safe complex within blocks from and UMB and UMMC.
