The parking garages aren’t owned by Southern Management or Baltimore City so they raise the prices every year with no improvements.

Generally a good experience. However, I take issue with the laxity of some sitting at the front desk; sometimes they just "wave' people on up. One of the reasons we moved in was the sense of security we felt. Not so much now.

Need bigger washer and dryer. People have comforters to washer. The washer on the “M” floor is more expensive than on the other floors. Needs bigger gym with stairmaster.

Only real complaints is that residents deserve discount parking if they live in the Charles Towers, Park Charles, or 39 W Lexington. And the dog poop from residents that have dogs.
