Great location

Perfect location, especially if you dont have a car. There is alot of parking garages around and a grocery store/farmers market near by. The traditional building is amazing. I live that gym and basketball court doesnt close. The gym could use an update but otherwise is good! Other residents and their animals can be annoying. The maintaince tries their best to be as helpful as possible but a more sufficent notice system of maintenance would do wonders!

Great for singles and entrepreneurs!

I have been here almost a year and I can say its the best place ive lived thus far as a renter. Once you learn how parking works everything else is a breeze. Very friendly maintence team and Mrs. Sherry is a pleasant and personable property manager. I enjoy my dual thermostats, rooftop view and prime location is unbeatable!
