HVAC goes out incredibly frequently and property management is not quick to remedy this.

After signing my lease to live here, I experienced some maintenance issues. However, maintenance addressed them quickly and promptly. Any of the maintenance requests were not due to HVAC issues as I have not had any. The company is working with a new company to repair and fix those issues. I truly enjoy my apartment layout along with the trash pickup on each floor. The price of rent is affordable, too. The gym room could use some upgrading and additional security throughout the week.

Expect the elevators, air conditioning, and heat to constantly be out. Good location though.

I have enjoyed living at 301 North Charles Street. I have not been happy with the fact that last summer the air conditioning didn't work and most of this winter I haven't had heat.

The hvac unit is unreliable and noisy. The location is prime with The streets market and 7/11 in close proximity. Overall a good Experience.
