You can hear every sound your upstairs neighbor makes. It's like the floors amplify sound. Either that or people genuinely just stomp with all of their might when they walk. Drives you a little crazy.

I have lived here for 5 months. The rent is pretty affordable. Then winter comes and the horribly inefficient wall heat/AC units suck all those savings away. Would be great if they actually updated and installed electric baseboard heaters in all the rooms. Also only one washer/dryer unit for 9 apartment units is pretty few. The vinyl flooring is pretty decent and easy to clean. They also really need to re-pave the parking lot.

Off the street parking for one vehicle, 1 laundry machine and 1 dryer available $3 per wash/ dry. Good management team and maintenance. Property is cleaned daily and trash is moved often. Apartments lacks storage and closets. Not close to any supermarket,pharmacy or gas station. Neighbors can get loud and packages tend to go missing or stolen.

The location is convenient for work. However, the rooms are too small for the amount of rent being charged.
