Good Value for Now, No Landlord Presence

This is a nice building, with newly renovated, attractive apartments. The location is great, set back from the road and surprisingly quiet, though right in the middle of everything you’d ever want (food, retail, hospital, etc.). There are some major cons here though – the parking lot is atrocious, particularly the entrance, which tears your car up when entering and exiting, despite going slow or attempting odd angles to avoid it. There is also occasionally a lack of parking, with only one spot per apartment, and not everyone staying within the lines. It has also been really difficult getting in touch with the landlord/management. There have been some issues that needed resolution and took way longer than I feel was acceptable, simply because there is an utter lack of staff. No staff on property, and maintenance calls sourced out, so you never speak to the property management at all. I am also disappointed in the amenities, especially after being told our building’s laundry was to be remodeled shortly after moving in and there is no laundry AT ALL nearly two years later. Overall, at this time, I feel that the value for the price of living here is reasonable, but anticipate that it may not be that way for much longer, especially if there are no improvements to the issues mentioned.

Don’t like the parking

The place is nice but I wish we had more parking with visitor spots as well and don’t like the hill up the narrow driveway. Otherwise, nice apartment.

The apartment it self I love. I think parking needs some work. Laundry area should be in every building. The halls and stairs should be remodel.
