Move-In

This has been the best and most understandable move-in process. Ryan was very patient and answered all questions within the day. When other accounts (my guarantor) were needed to fulfill the lease process as part of my application, Ryan made it easy and answered all questions and additionally took the time to redo my lease in order to fulfill my ideal move-in date.

Horrible Neighbors

I have lived here for a year now. The down stairs neighbors are great. The people in apartment 3 are ignorant to the world around them. They roll balls all night, alarms are going off at 4 am, we politely asked them to shut their alarm off (after it went off for 25 minutes) and they told us to go away. Micozzi told us to call the police on them instead of giving them a noise complaint. Their fire alarm went off for three consecutive days until I finally called the police department. There is about 8 people living up there and there is constant banging and noise at all hours. My roommates and I are nursing students have to be up early for clinical and/or school. These neighbors keep us from getting sleep and we have complained before. This place is great to live if you are nocturnal. If you would like sleep and respectful neighbors, I would suggest looking somewhere else. The noise is a distraction while we try to study. There is also loud music with base that shakes the floor if you like that as well.
