Just moved here and I'm so happy
I've just moved to this apartment and I'm so glad I found it. It's so spacious, the neighborhood is quiet even though it's so close to downtown Worcester. I can't wait to see what living here has to offer.
Great place to live
I've lived in this apartment for three years, and it's been a great experience. Maintenance is one of the best parts of living here - they are very prompt, thorough, and friendly! The apartments themselves are beautiful, and we've found them to be quiet. Smoking isn't allowed but is sometimes a problem - people smoke inside, and the company has a hard time enforcing that rule.
Overall okay
Nice beautiful apartment but has little to no outlets in each room and can only use on socket in an outlet at a time or the apartment will lose all power. Also lots of issues with leaks that just get bandaged but never repaired. Over all beautiful place to call home but really needs to be better taken care of. Also really need to fix the outlet thing.
Pro: maintenance and units. Con: smoking
I have lived in this apartment for 18 months and recommend it! My main complaint is that people smoke weed and cigarettes inside, and I can smell it from my downstairs neighbors. My favorite things are that the units have big windows that let in natural light and that maintenance is very responsive, friendly, and efficient.
