I have lived here 10 years and have had ups and downs. The office folks don't seem to care about the residents, just the bottom line. I park in the garage which is great but comes at a cost. After paying the fee faithfully I have been stuck in the garage unable to get out to go to work which was a distance drive from here. Twice I lost wages and the office refused to reimburse me or at least lower the rent payment for that month. My system to buzz people in was broken and it took over a year for the management to repair it. It still doesn't work well. The same thing happened with the mail boxes. I was really upset and felt that they should uphold their part of the contract. They make sure to remind us WE must do that or risk not having the lease renewed. I do love living here as the location is great and convenient for me. I am handicapped and a senior citizen. It would be great to have an elevator but I realize that's never going to happen. The apartment itself has been in need of a paint job as the paint is literally falling off the walls in areas. The Main hallway also has that problem. It looks like a 'project' not a nice apartment building. The back stairs from the garage up to the apartments is also pretty gross. When I first looked at the apartment I mentioned that and the fellow who showed me the apartment 10 years ago told me not to worry, it was going to be done over soon. It's over 10 years now and nothing has happened. Again, it looks like a 'project'. I know some of these issues may seem trivial, and if they are, why has it taken so long to repair? The latest issue is my "new" mailbox. The new mailboxes are outside now which makes it difficult to deal with in this winter weather and the rain and snow. Lately, after this cold blast, I am unable to open my mailbox as is at least another resident I know of. It may be frozen but how do I get my mail which may contain important bills, checks etc.? Its been 5 days now.

Cedar street

So far living here has been great. It’s a beautiful neighborhood and the structure of the building is beautiful as well. The only problem is parking is first come first serve if you don’t wanna pay the larking fee for the year. Other than that it’s peaceful over here.

Great location for school but this area of Worcester is not the best. Maintenance comes within the next day to fix any issues. Parking is secure compared to the parking lots around the premises. Although some people are noisy and the building is old, you can't hear them from the bedroom. The apartment lacks amenities but the ones that are here all work. The apartment is expensive but is a good value compared to neighboring apartments in downtown Worcester.
