We lived here for two years and generally had a good experience. Can't beat the price for such a prime location. Doesn't feel like you're on rt 20 from the apt, except for when you try to get out of the road. Laundry room has recurring issues and parking lot is small and people park poorly, but that doesn't fall on Micozzi.

Apartment has nice flooring, cabinetry, and appliances. Floor plan (2-bedroom) is spacious and comfortable. Plumbing pipes are sensitive to clogs, but not prohibitively so. Wall A/C unit works hard in the summer and a dehumidifier is a must. Floorboard heating is very effective.

The first floor is always freezing. The parking lot is too small. There's nowhere for visitors too park. They tow cars. Maintenence comes in before you have time to answer the door. The location and price make it worth it however location is subjective

This is my second year living in this building, it's in a great location and I love having my own patio for my hammock. It's going to take a lot for me to leave this place, great response time on Maintenace. Highly recommend.
