AMAZING

I have been living at the Ledges for 15 months and it's a really good condominium for families and single people that want to feel secure, with the suburban feeling and close to Boston at the same time. The maintenance is great, you call and they fix everything so quickly as well the complex is clean and well maintained super recommend.

My experience

My experience is bitter sweet. Love what the complex has to offer and the effort the staffs takes to make sure the tenants are happy. I have a big problem with the nasty dog owners who don’t pick up their dogs poop and the smoking.

Renter beware

Initially this seemed like a great place to live. I moved in back in 2015 and things have progressively gone downhill since I have been here. I have a crazy downstairs neighbor who sits inside her door watching everything. This woman screams if I drop so much as a drip of water from my balcony, even though she has a cement patio with absolutely nothing on it, therefore I am not allowed to have live plants. My upstairs neighbor allows their small child to Jump Around sounding like a bowling ball all hours of the night. And done even get me started on the paper thin walls and the fact that you can hear everything that goes on in the hallway. Maintenance likes to try to cut corners in terms of repairs. Most recently they replaced my fridge, which was apparently over 20 years old when it broke, with one that is more fit for a dorm or a studio apartment, not a three bedroom apartment with five adults residing in it. This thing is MAYBE 13 cu. ft. if that. I literally had to store some of my Thanksgiving Leftovers on my balcony. Thank goodness it's pretty cold out. It was this event that was my final straw, causing me to even write this review, as it has been brought up to the management Staffing here and nobody seems to care that I have no room for mine and my families food. Just prior to this, when I reported that one of my HVAC vents was not blowing air, their idea of fixing it was to close some of the other ones in order to force the air through the one that wasn't working rather than just getting a real company in here who deals with HVAC issues to fix the problem. Needless to say, we still have a broken heating register that does not blow air in one of the bedrooms. The office staff is friendly enough and the grounds are beautifully kept, but aside from that, I say save your money and look elsewhere. The rent hike this year was absurd, so I can only imagine what a new, remodeled unit is going for these days..

Great Location

I've lived here for 6 years and the office and maintenance staff is excellent. Maintenance staff is responsive and very accommodating when a work order is placed.

Looks better than is

I loved my apartment, until I freeze every winter as lack of insulation. If you don't live on the top floor, like myself, I have to deal with people above me stop around all day and night,where pictures on walls have been moved from her constant stoping around. Complaining does nothing to help
