nice place and safe . Pricey but everything is . l have lived in the building since it was brand new 2020 and it remains nice

We love living here

We love the building, but cannot afford to stay here for a few years as the price increase yearly is high.

Quiet, safe, clean

Nice place to live, common spaces are clean. Only complaint is how often staff comes into the apartment in the spring/summer for yearly inspections on short notice.

We've lived here since it was first built. We also rented a garage on the premises. Good size for small car. It is set back from a busy road and surrounded by pine trees. Nice parking lot and prompt snow removal. If you have noise sensitivity, the floors are thin, morning trash and recyclables removal, as well as landscapers. Great place to have a cat!
