I really enjoy living here. The manager is on top of things, it's quiet and very clean and easy to get maintenance when needed. You do pay more for less in apartment amenities, but I know that I am in a safe and quiet location. There is not much closet or storage space but it does come with a washer and dryer and the bathrooms are a really nice size. My neighbors have all been quiet and friendly to date too. It works perfect for me as a single mother to give my teenager the privacy and space he needs too!

Things go Wrong, yet matters less when fixed diligently

I have lived there since June. I am confused why there are lights in the parking lot that USED to work - but are now Dark. I also do not understand why there seems to be a lack of insulation creating COLD unnecessarily in my bedroom.

Too much noise from over head apt. I made the office aware! To constantly hear kids running and jumping, throwing things over you at unacceptable times past so-called quiet hours is annoying and rude!

I've been living in the 1st building here since early June. I love the beautifully landscaped grounds and the layout of my apartment. Because all of the apartments have 1.5 to 2.5 bathrooms, they're great for students or parents who have one or more adult children living with them. Jennifer, Michele and all the management staff are all very helpful. Moving back here from TX as a senior was not an easy transition. I wanted to live in a small community. Prentice Place checks all the boxes. The developer thought of everything. A small playground for the children would be nice - something to consider as they complete the building of the complex (JMHO).
