Nice place to live , some updating would be nice i.e lights in the parking and down the driveway and cameras near the trash area ..and an update on the intercom system

There’s room for improvement in regards to the packaging system, and curbs should opening for wheel chairs near each front entrance. Maintenance seems to be very busy and takes a while to get things fixed but staff at office is always wonderful!

I have been living here for almost 10 years. I love this place. My only recent complaint up by buildings 6-9 would be, lets figure out if residents are dumping trash on the floor outside of the dumpster compacter because they dont know how to use it, or if its illegal dumping from people who dont live here. My 2nd complaint is the door on the left side of building #9 is always breaking because of the strong wind. Maybe the door can be installed to open and close in the opposite direction from which it has always been so the wind can close it shut instead of blowing it wide open which is consistently causing damage and the door to break. It has been fixed numerous times in the past because of the strong winds up there. Just some suggestions thank you.
