Uncaring
The property is not maintained. If the maintenance request is acknowledged, it is ignored. The firepit has been broken for over 2 years. There is a ladder that has been laying out for over 1 year, and there are other pieces of equipment that have been left out. There is a new manager, which may make a difference, the previous one did not answer any emails and was not transparent about anything that was happening. The prices continue to go up; not only are there no new amenities, the ones that exist are not maintained.
