The location is very good. The apartments are ok- If you are going to renovate them you should do a better job. The workmanship was poor at best. Someone drip paint on the floor and didn't clean it. The drier screen had a hole and small thing like that need to be addressed.

Bad value

There is nowhere to park. The office refuses to enforce the parking sticker rules resulting in either having to park illegally or on the other end of the property and walk back to the building. Every so often we get an email from the leasing office stating to be alert because coyotes are roaming the property, but then they ignore the parking issue forcing you to walk the length of a football field back to the building. I was told there was nothing that could be done about a $75 pet fee despite the fact that none of the amenities are currently available. All of our leases have some sort of out clause where you are still responsible for two months rent, which is fair. However, when I asked for more information on getting out of the lease early the office stalled until there was only two months left on the lease anyway so I was stuck. I've been here for 5 years and my rent has gone up $900 despite moving to a smaller apartment in that time frame.
