Great Customer Service

Leasing office staff is outstanding. They provide answers and feedback for all my requests, something i don’t get from most places I have rent in the past. Building is well maintained and some updates are in the process such as gated parking!

Its ok

I've lived here for the last 8 months. The staff and cleanliness of the building are the best part about living here. They're all friendly and attentive. It's unfortunate the fire places haven't worked once since we moved in, and the small water fountain was never on either, the gym could also have better machines and equipment.

Love living here!

You can't ask for a better view if you love the ocean! Watching the sunrise every morning is breathtaking! The person they have, Javier, does an excellent job keeping the place clean. The staff has always been very accommodating.
